Happy 12th Birthday Jacob!!!

Happy 12th Birthday Jacob!

Jake has grown up all too fast, but some things about growing up are great for both Jake and his mom and dad. For instance, most kids request mac 'n cheese for their birthday meal, and Jacob wanted ribs (and egg nog...of course). Here he is chowing on his slab of ribs on his birthday. We love you Jacob!!! We are so proud of you for your desire to live the gospel and receive the priesthood. Here are some pictures of his birthday party and some other photos of the past year.

We love you, Jake!

Bryan's real “Elk”

Here are some long overdue pictures of the bull shot 2 weeks ago. Can’t believe it’s been 2 weeks already (Kinda feels wrong to be so excited about an elk when I have a beautiful new baby to show off, but how often do you shoot such a tremendous elk?Babies…well they seem to come along every other year….).

Here is my perspective of the elk from where I shot. 8 cows came out of the aspen on the far left (most of leaves appear to be off) and walked left to right to the crown of the hill and then stopped. The bull followed them out about 15 seconds later. (elk is down b/w the aspen and the crown of the hill).

Thinking of putting this one in my office lobby.... "the doctor will see you now."

Provo High Football Now 7-1

Provo High Bulldogs line up to defend against Ogden on October 1, 2009. Michael, #64, is doing a FANTASTIC job as both center and defensive tackle. Last night they defeated Mountain View 21-20 in an incredibly exciting game. As of last week they were listed 24th of the top 25 teams, and we expect those ratings to go up. This is quite an accomplishment because Provo's team has been struggling in the past few years. The Bulldogs have two more games before playoffs. Keep it up, Michael! We're proud of you!

Happy Birthday, Isaac!

Isaac celebrated his 12th birthday on September 29, 2009. It was a busy day for him; after school he had a guitar lesson and then a football practice. It was fun to watch him, and he's pretty good at both.
The Saturday after his birthday was special for him and his Dad when they traveled to Salt Lake City for Priesthood Meeting at the Conference Center. Brandon, Kristyn, Isaac, and Alissa also attended The Tabernacle Choir broadcast and the Sunday morning session of Conference, while Craig watched the session on TV with Amanda and Ian. Love ya, Isaac!

Eve Isabelle Wilcox Is Born

We welcome beautiful little Eve Isabelle Wilcox into our family. She was born September 17, 2009 to Jamica and Bryan in Colorado Springs. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and she was 20 inches long. She is very sweet and good-natured. I took these photos of her when she was about one week old.

Ian's Birthday

Ian celebrated his 6th birthday on September 17, 2009 in Highlands Ranch. As usual, his mom made him a fantastic birthday cake. As you can see, Ian has lost quite a few teeth and is keeping the tooth fairy very busy. He is happy to share his birthday with his brand new cousin, Eve. We love you, Ian!

Emily's 5th Birthday/Melissa's Blessing Sept. 6, 2009

Emily celebrated her 5th birthday on the same Sunday that baby sister, Melissa, was blessed. She was lucky to have her Grandma and Grandpa Provoncha and Aunt Holly come from New York. Rachelle and Fred hosted a luncheon/birthday party after the blessing. Emily is getting SO BIG! We love you! And Melissa, too!
