Jennifer took 2nd place in a skating competition held at The Peaks in Provo on April 11, 2009. It was fun to watch because she did so well. You can watch her competition performance in this video.

Alissa's Birthday

Alissa's birthday was April 13th. She is nine years old already! Alissa loves all things active; some things I watched her do while I was in Germany last year were ballet and soccer (and she was very good at both). She also loves horseback riding. This is a photo of Alissa taken in front of her church in Munich. Don't you love her smile? Alissa, you are a sweetheart, and I love you!

Happy Birthday to HAYDEN!

Hayden celebrated his 7th birthday last Friday, April 17th. He had a "snow day" from school, and so he was able to go to a fun movie in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the snow made it so he couldn't go outside and ride his new bike. Hayden is such a cute boy. He loves Star Wars and all kinds of adventure. As you can see from his photo, he recently lost a front tooth! I love you, Hayden!!!!!

Bryan, Jamica and Family Attend Conference

Bryan, Jamica and family were fortunate to get tickets to attend a Sunday Session of LDS General Conference on April 5th. We had a good visit at Rachelle and Fred's home the day before, and watched the Saturday sessions of Conference. In-between sessions, Bryan, Craig and Fred moved the piano in from the garage. Bryan and Jamica donated their "old" piano bench and piano light.

Happy Birthday, Brandon!

It's Brandon's birthday today--and his last birthday in Germany before the big move back to Colorado. We hope the day was great for him. I couldn't reach him by phone, so he was probably somewhere celebrating. Brandon is not only a wonderful son, brother, husband and father, he is also a wonderful Bishop. Seth's Birthday....

Seth celebrated his fifth birthday on April 6th. Happy Birthday, Seth!!!!! I hope you had a wonderful birthday. I love you so much and I am so proud of the cute boy you are! (Seth at Rachelle and Fred's home on April 4, 2009)

Katie is Three Years Old

Katie's birthday was March 31st. She had such a fun birthday party with Mom and Dad, Emily, and Grandma. She had birthday cake and ice cream, balloons, and lots of presents to open. Grandma and Grandpa Provoncha and Aunt Holly sent presents from New York. One of her favorite presents was a motorized Thomas the Train. Katie is such a sweet, happy little girl. We love Katie!!!!!

Brandon's Visit

We had a great visit with Brandon--a family dinner, visiting, shopping, lunch at Brandon's favorite Mexican restaurant in Provo, and rock climbing. We hated to see him go. It would have been perfect if Kristyn and the children had been able to come also. Brandon said his interviews in NYC went well, and he is now back home in Munich.

Acceptance

Hey! Awhile ago I applied to get in to the Department of Visual Arts. It was a lot of work, but it paid off!! Last night I got an e-mail saying that I have been accepted to the Department of Visual Arts in the Studio Arts Program, my first choice (my first choice being Drawing/Painting) at BYU. :) Here are some of the pictures I put in my portfolio.
