Emily's 5th Birthday/Melissa's Blessing Sept. 6, 2009

Emily celebrated her 5th birthday on the same Sunday that baby sister, Melissa, was blessed. She was lucky to have her Grandma and Grandpa Provoncha and Aunt Holly come from New York. Rachelle and Fred hosted a luncheon/birthday party after the blessing. Emily is getting SO BIG! We love you! And Melissa, too!

We celebrated Eric's 14th birthday a day early at the Family Reunion. He had plenty of help blowing out the candles. We love you and we are proud of you, Eric!!!!

Wilcox Family Reunion

The Wilcox Family Reunion was held at Mark & Frances' home on June 26-27, 2009. It was a wonderful time, and so great to have everyone together (except Rachelle, Fred and new baby Melissa). Swimming and a great barbecue were two of the activities on the menu.

Melissa May Provoncha was born June 27, 2009, weighing 8# 9oz, 21-1/2 inches long. She is beautiful!

German Wilcoxes Came Home (Plus Jennifer)!

We welcomed home Kristyn, Isaac, Alissa, Amanda and Ian on June 13, 2009. Jennifer also returned with them, after spending some time with them in Germany. Brandon returned home just before the family reunion.

Elk

Hi Everybody,

Here is "Elk," my deer. Got it last week. Seth said we should call it "Elk," and after going to Rocky Mtn. NP on Memorial Day weekend and seeing thousands of real elk, that's what Mia calls anything in the deer family. So this is Elk. I guess it's a fitting name since it was supposed to be an elk. The mount turned out nice. Elk is a good looking buck - good coloration. He is likely the last deer I'll ever shoot since we don't really care for deer meat.

So there you go. Hope everyone is well. Maybe I'll actually get an elk this year and we can call him Buck or something.
